    When this workout first came out, I was in love. I love JM’s brand of yoga. I’ve done other slower versions, and need the faster pace that she provides. I get a good sweat in a short period of time and go on about my day.

    It is clear that she is not trained in Yoga. It’s just a core workout using some yoga poses incorrectly. Bad choice.
  • Exactly what you’d expect

    If you’re a true fan of Jillian like me, you probably know that she isn’t a yogi by nature. She brings intensity and a little bit of silliness to an otherwise quiet/reflective exercise. If you practice yoga regularly, you will probably hate this. For example, she doesn’t end with corpse pose (the workout stops with pigeon). And she counts reps, brings pumped up music, and otherwise pushes her demonstrators to stretch themselves. But this is a killer workout guys. I adore it. It kicks my tail in just 30 minutes. What other yoga class can do that? Definitely worth the purchase price. Just make sure to rest on your own at the end!
